Fair Market Value (FMV) Appraisals
The General Services Administration (GSA), Northwest Arctic Region, intends to award a fixed price contract for multiple Land Ports of Entry Fair Market Value (FMV) Appraisals. Please submit quote(s) for one, some or all of the following groups of Land Ports of Entry.
Group A - Alaska
1. Dalton-Cache LPOE - Haines, AK
2. Alcan LPOE - Tok, AK
3. Skagaway LPOE - Skagway, AK
Group B - Western Washington
1. Blaine BPSHQ - Blaine, WA
Group C - Eastern Washington and Idaho
1. Danville LPOE - Danville, WA
2. Ferry LPOE - Curlew, WA
3. Laurier LPOE - Laurier, WA
4. Metaline Falls LPOE - Metaline Falls, WA
5. Porthill LPOE - Porthill, ID
GSA requests that your firm provide a quote and complete technical package in accordance with this solicitation and all attachments.
Draft reports are due by September 15, 2014 with the final report due by November 17, 2014.
Appraisers must be state certified or licensed in the state where the appraisal is to be performed or show verification of a Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI) designation. Please provide a copy of your certification/license/designation with your quote and technical package.
Quotes are due no later than 2:00 p.m. PST, June 16, 2014.
