Fair Annual Rent (FAR) Appraisals
The General Services Administration (GSA), Northwest Arctic Region, intends to award a fixed price contract for Fair Annual Rent (FAR) Appraisals for the following multiple locations in Alaska, Oregon and Washington:
Group A - Alaska:
1. Anchorage Federal Building - Anchorage, AK
Group B - Oregon:
1. Pioneer Courthouse - Portland, OR
2. 911 Federal Building - Portland, OR
3. USGS Building - Medford, OR
4. USGS Warehouse - Medford, OR
Group C - Eastern Washington:
1. Spokane Federal Building and US Post Office - Spokane, WA
2. Richland Federal Building US Post Office and Courthouse - Richland, WA
3. Thomas S. Foley Federal Building - Spokane, WA
Group D - Western Washington:
1. Nakamura Courthouse - Seattle, WA
2. Seattle Federal Office Building - Seattle, WA
GSA requests that your firm provide a quote and complete technical package in accordance with this solicitation and all attachments.
Draft reports are due by August 29, 2014 with the final report due by October 31, 2014.
Appraisers must be state certified or licensed in the state where the appraisal is to be performed or show verification of a Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI) designation. Please provide a copy of your certification/license/designation with your quote and technical package.
Quotes are due no later than 2:00 p.m. PST, June 16, 2014
