Facility System Maintenance
The Contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, material, and equipment required to perform Facility Investment (FI) services for installed equipment and systems at CFAS for the following: Aboveground Storage Tanks (AST) and Underground Storage Tanks (UST) / Automatic Door Systems (ADS) / Automatic Gate Systems (AGS) / Key Card Door Lock Systems (KCDLS) / Security Monitoring Systems and Equipment (SMSE) / Vertical Transportation Equipment (VTE)
