Facility Support Services for the Marine Forces Reserve Headquarters (Federal City), New Orleans, LA, and Marine Corps Reserve Training Center, Lafayette, LA
The offeror shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items necessary to provide the services that may include, but are not limited to, additional facility investment, custodial, pest control, integrated solid waste management, grounds and landscaping services in addition to the services and locations. These services will be provided at Marine Forces Reserve Headquarters (Federal City), 2000 Opelousas Ave., New Orleans, LA 70114, and the Marine Corps Reserve Training Center, Lafayette, LA. This contract will be a combination firm-fixed price (FFP) and indefinite delivery-indefinite quantity (IDIQ).
COORDINATION WITH THE CUSTOMER IS CRITICAL TO THE SUCCESS OF THIS PROJECT.
THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION BUT A SYNOPSIS NOTIFICATION NAICS CODE 561210. THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE POSTED ON, OR AROUND 15 MAY 2014. SERVICE CONTRACT WAGE RATES APPLY.
The period of performance for this contract includes a base year plus (4) option years.
The financial magnitude of this project is between 1,000,000 to 4,500,000.
THIS PROJECT IS BEING SET ASIDE AS A 100% TOTAL HUBZone BUSINESS SET ASIDE.
