Facility Renovations
Pre-bid meeting 03/22/2010.
The project includes facility interior upgrades/renovations at Branch Library as demonstrated by the project plans and specifications. Construction services shall include but is not limited to all prime, subcontractor, and supplier services necessary to provide a complete turnkey management and delivery of the projects. Typical areas of construction work will include, but is not limited to, demolition, metal stud partitions, doors/frames/hardware, bathrooms, interior architectural finishes, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection. Technology and library furniture/fixtures work shall be done by the City.
