Facility Renovation, Phase 3
the repair of the building front entry portico and stair, including stair alterations, railings, masonry repointing, concrete landing / walkway replacement, drainage replacement, parapet wall stabilization, and related items of work. The work for this project also includes window improvements and interior stair modifications. Alternate work includes tile flooring repair and exterior cornice repair. There is a refundable deposit required.
