Facility Management and Operations

For each of the facilities, the Contract will have broad authority to manage and operate these
facilities in accordance with municipal codes and the Commission recommendations associated with each. Contractor will be responsible to arrange and book events, collect revenues and maintain appropriate staff, equipment and supplies to operate and maintain the facilities in the highest interest of public safety, accommodation, and in serviceable condition.
