Facilities Operations and Maintenance for USAG Rheinland-Pfalz Installations Germersheim Army Depot and AAFES Depot Gruenstadt, Germany
The 409th Contract Support Brigade's Theater Contracting Center (TCC) is seeking industry feedback regarding a draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for a consolidated Facilities Operations and Maintenance Services for U.S. Army Garrison Rheinland-Pfalz installations Germersheim Army Depot and AAFES Gruenstadt Depot, Germany. This notice is for informational and planning purposes only.
THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR A PROPOSAL. It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Responses will not be considered as proposals, nor will any award be made as the result of this notice. Any information provided by interested parties to the Government is strictly voluntary. The Army will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice. Contact with other than TCC Government personnel by potential offerors or their employees regarding this project is prohibited.
The TCC is interested in obtaining input from industry regarding the DRAFT PWS: Specifically, identification of areas that could require additional explanation, potential future issues, and/or areas that could be refined to provide a clearer understanding of the requirements. All relevant questions will be addressed in a revised PWS. Companies that provide feedback will NOT be publically identified and their responses will be kept confidential. The TCC will consider responding companies as potential sources for market research purposes.
