Facilities Master Plan - SUNY Brockport
The State University Construction Fund is seeking Statements of Qualifications from consultants to provide services for a 10-year Facilities Master Plan at Brockport College. The Facilities Master Plan will provide criteria and guidelines for campus facilities development that supports academic mission and strategic plan. The Facilities Master Plan shall include: campus profile of mission, academic programs, enrollments, staffing, etc.; confirmation of the reported conditions of facilities, systems and campus grounds; analysis and planning of space needs including current and future utilization; planning future capital improvements to support approved mission and growth. Interested candidates should demonstrate extensive experience in analyzing programmatic needs of institutions of higher education and planning controlled capital programs to support these needs.
