Facilities Maintenance Contract for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mark Twain Lake/Clarence Cannon Dam, Monroe City, Missouri. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to identify businesses interested in competing on a possible future Request-for-Proposal for Facilities Maintenance for the U.S. Army Corps of
Engineers, Mark Twain Lake/Clarence Cannon Dam located in Monroe City, MO. All interested vendors may respond to this Sources Sought Notice at this time. The anticipated contract type will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Firm Fixed Price Contract, with a 3 year ordering period.


This notice should not be construed as a commitment of any type by the Government to take or not take any action. Please note that USACE will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this Sources Sought.


General: The NAICS for this effort is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction.


The Small Business Size Standard for this NAICS code is $36.5 million annual average receipts (total or gross income).


Scope: The work covered by this Sources Sought includes furnishing all labor, material, vehicles, equipment, tools, supervision, transportation, administration, building, and facilities required to perform facility maintenance as required at various locations at Mark, Twain Lake, MO. Typical work includes, but is not limited to the following: Clearing and Grubbing, Site
Grading, Drain Aggregate/Crushed Stone, Site Improvement/Appurtenances, Establishment of Turf, Trenching and Backfilling, Culvert Cleaning, Sewer and Water Installation, Roofing, Concrete, Joint and Crack Sealing, and Painting.


Contract Areas and Construction Limits: The primary contract areas fall within Mark Twain Lake, and Clarence Cannon Dam, Monroe City, MO.
