Facilities Development Management System Logbook Re-design RFI
The Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD) is releasing this Request for Information (RFI) to gather data on the current market conditions for a technology solution for a Facilities Development Management System (FDMS). The FDMS will be used by the OSHPD?s Facilities Development Division to manage oversight of healthcare facility construction projects in the State of California. The FDMS will be a commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) tool for tracking construction projects and managing the workflow of the Facilities Development Division in plan review and approval and construction monitoring. The FDMS is one component of the Logbook Redesign Project with goals of replacing the current, antiquated tracking system and providing enhanced capabilities to meet OSHPD?s business requirements.
