The facilities analysis should include recommended facility improvement options (remodel and/or expansion or new construction) and cost estimates. The facilities analysis should include recommended square footage and design requirements and identify priorities that respond directly to: Needs expressed in the Library Renewal Needs Assessment (the Needs Assessment is available on the library’s website: www.ffpubliclibrary.org/Renewal_Project) conducted in 2013 by the Library Renewal Task Force and 2008 Library Renovation and Expansion program as applicable.
