Task Include: 1. Project Initiation 2. Web Survey Completed 3. Organize and facilitate three virtual meetings, take notes, provide summaries of meetings 4. First draft implementation plan 5. Disseminate draft, organize responses, suggested edits, etc. 6. Prepare final draft of the implementation plan 7. Provide complete administrative record to NPS
