Facilitation Services for Mega-Region Initiative

We seek one qualified individual to facilitate a meeting on Monday, October 27, 2008. The meeting will
take place in San Diego County, California. The facilitator will engage meeting participants and help form
priorities for the group, as well as define go-forward plans. The facilitator will be expected to commit one
full business day to include the meeting and any associated preparation and travel time. Meeting participants
will include leaders in the Mega-Region Initiative representing Imperial County, San Diego County, and
Northern Baja, California.
