Facilitating the International Exchange of Education and Training Services - Asia/Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC)
This request for proposals is for a consultancy to undertake the following:
1. participate in project meetings such as inception meeting, progress meetings, reference group meetings and a project de-brief meeting;
2. research and analyse publicly available information on measures affecting cross-border exchange and investment in education services;
3. develop a questionnaire to gather information from economies on measures affecting cross-border exchange and investment in higher education services;
4. distribute the questionnaire by email to an appropriate survey respondent in each APEC economy identified in cooperation with the Project Overseer;
5. obtain completed responses to the questionnaire (including, if necessary, by follow-up phone calls);
6. conduct analysis of survey results prepare a draft report based upon research and completed questionnaires and provide a copy to the Project Overseer;
7. prepare a final report and provide a copy to the Project Overseer; and
8. produce an electronic version of the report for dissemination via the APEC and HRDWG websites.
