Facilitate and Draft Revised Land Use Code
The County is soliciting a Request for Proposals (RFP) from professional planning consultants to facilitate and draft revisions to the Unified Land Use Resolution of 2008, as amended (“The Code”) to eliminate unnecessary regulatory barriers that may discourage economic development; to streamline development procedures; to make the overall code more efficient; and to ensure the document is user-friendly.
