The City of Minneapolis (City) is seeking proposals from organizations to administer a faade improvement matching grant program in areas that are eligible for the Citys Great Streets Neighborhood Business District Program. Eligible areas include commercial corridors, neighborhood commercial nodes, and Hiawatha Light Rail Transit (LRT) station areas.
