F-35 Repair Arctic Utilidor CHPP

This project is to replace service laterals within utiliduct laterals to Buildings 3417, 3419, 3420, 6209 and 3446. Work shall include excavation and proper disposal of soils (may be contaminated), demolition and patch/repair of small portions of existing concrete utiliduct boxes where applicable, demolition and replacement of mechanical piping and systems to be replaced, demolition and installation of piping structural systems within the utiliduct laterals, and demolition and replacement of electrical systems for communications and alarms.
The Government is contemplating a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Sealed Bid contract.
IAW FAR 36.204(f): The estimated magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000
This posting is an Invitation for Bids. Respondees are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this solicitation; all costs associated with responding to this solicitation will be solely at the interested party's expense. Not responding to this solicitation does not preclude participation in any future IFB, if one is issued.
