F-35 International Trade Compliance
The F-35 Joint Program Office intends to issue an order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-14-G-0020 on a sole source basis to Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company, Fort Worth, TX to conduct a cost, schedule, and risk analysis study of certain international trade compliance operating models being considered. The proposed order is anticipated to be awarded no later than 31 July 2017. This order supports the F-35 International Partners. This acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, and in accordance with Class Justification and Approval, dated 14 October 2014. Any firms believing that they can perform the effort described above may submit a written capability statement, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the agency, to be received at the Contracting Office no later than response date indicated on this notice.
