GVB seeks to retain the services of an established and qualified professional research firm to provide in-country market research services ("Firm") with specialties in the Japan market. The contractual obligation for both parties shall be for FY2012, FY2013 and FY2014 and is subject to the appropriation and availability of funds therefore.
