This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The solicitation 36C24820Q0058 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to perform inside and outside window and glass surfaces cleaning services for the Admin Building at the VA Caribbean Healthcare System (VACHS), San Juan, Puerto Rico.
This solicitation is being conducted under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) and FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. All clauses and provisions incorporated in the solicitation are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular, FAC 2020-01/ 10-10-2019. This requirement is set-aside 100% for Small Businesses (SB s); the associated NAICS code is 561720 and the small business size standard is $19.5M. Type of contract will be a firm-fixed price.
