This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items IAW Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.The solicitation is being procured in accordance with commercial services, which includes but not limited to FAR part 12 and 13. A total small business set-aside solicitation is being issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Southwestern Division, Fort Worth District.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 721211. Size standard: $7.5 Million. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price for Recreational Parks and Lake Gate Attendant services. This announcement constitutes only one solicitation and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This solicitation will be used to advertise and award multiple Gate Attendant contracts in the HORDS CREEK, NAVARRO MILLS, PROCTOR and WHITNEY Lakes,located in the Three Rivers Region. Incomplete quotes shall be considered non-responsive and will not be considered or evaluated.


This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through
the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Department of Defense FAR Supplement
(DFARS).


The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this
acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the provision. Offerors are
also required to submit a completed copy of the Request for Quotation cover page
on page 3_, and a completed copy of the pricing schedule beginning on page 5&6. W9126G19Q0032


The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items, Streamlined Evaluation procedures IAWFAR 12.602 shall be incorporated in this solicitation.
Award shall be made that is most advantageous to the Government based on the factors contained in the solicitation.

Offerors are required to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3 Alt I, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with its quote.
The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.

The clause at 52.212-5 (Deviation), Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items, applies to this
acquisition. Please see the Clauses Incorporated By Reference section for additional FAR Clauses applicable to this acquisition.
