The contractor shall provide all labor, materials supplies and equipment to furnish gate attendant services at various parks in accordance with the attached performance work statements. Incomplete bids shall be considered non-responsive and will not be evaluated. If a quoter declines to accept a purchase order for a park, the quoter will not be considered for any other awards offered in the solication. Only one offer will be made by the government.


Prior to commencement of work, the Contractor shall furnish the original of his Insurance Certificate directly to the Lake Office. The Contractor shall maintain,during the entire period of his performance under this contract. The minimum insurance requirements of the State of Texas: $30,000 for each injured person,up to a total of $60,000 per accident, and $25,000 for property damage per accident. This basic coverage is called 30/60/25 coverage.



Locations: Town Bluff Lake - Magnolia Ridge Shift "A"&"B" Position, Sandy Creek Shift "A"&"B" Position and Wright Patman Lake - Malden Shift 1 Position and Clear Springs Shift 2 Position.
