FY19 NRM- Irrigation Improvements- Los Angeles Natl Cemetery
PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE
The Department of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration (NCA), intends to solicit proposals from contractors to perform Irrigation System Improvements construction services for the following cemetery location:
Los Angeles National Cemetery
880 South Sepulveda Boulevard,
Los Angeles, CA 90049
The VA anticipates issuing a Solicitation for this requirement around the week of June 30, 2019. Quotes will be accepted for approximately 30 days commencing with the issuance date of this solicitation.
Interested Offerors will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation and any subsequent amendments from the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website, as no hard copies will be made available.
The solicitation will be issued as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. All responsible sources may submit quotes for consideration by the National Cemetery Administration Contracting Service.
In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management, prospective contractors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) and in Veterans Information Pages (VIP) VIP registration is required for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses or Veteran Owned Small Businesses) database (when applicable), under the applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 237310, business size standard of $36.5 million.
Contractors may obtain SAM information at https://www.sam.gov and Veterans Information Pages (VIP) information at http://www.vip.vetbiz.gov. To be eligible for award, contractors must have a current registration in the System for Award Management database. Registration is free and potential offerors are encouraged to visit the SAM website as no IDCs can be awarded to any offeror not registered in SAM.

In lieu of the estimated price ranges described in FAR 36.204 , the contracting officer must identify the magnitude of a VA project in advance notices and solicitations in terms of one of the following price ranges:
The anticipated price range for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000.
