Architecture of the Future
The National Reconnaissance Office, Advanced Systems and Technology Directorate, intends to release an open Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) for proposals on the Architecture of the Future BAA focusing on the following areas of interest: 1) Adaptive Enterprise 2) Cooperative Collection 3) Autonomous Distributed Cyber-Secure Networking and Communication 4) Capability Diversity and 5) Evolved Performance. The purpose of this effort is to give potential offers a tool to submit innovative ideas that the NRO has yet to identify.
This notice constitutes a Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) as contemplated in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.103(d)(2) and declares the NRO's intent to fund research and development for innovative technologies that meet the areas of interest set forth in the BAA.
The Architecture of the Future BAA is posted utilizing the FY19 AS&T BAA/GSSA Framework - Innovation with Intent and is available at https://acq.westfields.net/. Before preparing a proposal, potential offerors should read the information provided in the FY19 AS&T BAA/GSSA Framework - Innovation with Intent for details regarding the format instructions, submission, evaluation, etc. There is no due date for submission as this is an open BAA that will run through Fiscal Year 2020.
