FY17 H-279 REPLACE ANDERSEN HOUSING PHASE I, FY18 H-280 REPLACE ANDERSEN HOUSING PHASE II, FY19 H-282 REPLACE ANDERSEN HOUSING PHASE III, NAVAL SUPPORT ACTIVITY ANDERSEN, GUAM
A one-time pre-proposal site visit has been scheduled for 25 April 2019, 9:30 a.m., Chamorro Standard Time.
Offerors interested in attending the pre-proposal site visit shall submit the following:
1. Contractor Letter Memorandum
2. III Log: Fill-in columns identified as b Subject, DOB (year/mon/day format) and SSN.b Please do not complete any other columns as it is for office use only.
3. Complete the Base Affidavit for each visitor requesting access and identified on the III Log.
4. A copy of an identification that is Real ID Act compliant (includes U.S. Passport, Permanent Resident Cards, Naturalization documents, or valid passports from the Federated State of Micronesia) must also be submitted.
This ID must also be presented on the day of the site visit.
Names on the forms must be listed in alphabetical order. The completed forms shall be submitted to Ms. Ann Saki-Eli at ann.sakieli@navy.mil on or before 2 April 2019, 2:00 p.m., Hawaii Standard Time (HST).
PLEASE BE INFORMED: If an attendee submits the above information after the specified due date, they may not be able to attend the site visit.
The furnishing of the information, including your Social Security Number, is voluntary. However, your failure to furnish all or part of the information request may result in the Governments denial of access to the jobsite. Any of the above information furnished by you and protected under the Privacy Act shall not be released unless permitted by law and/or you have consented to such release.

The RFP will be issued during the week of 25 March 2019.
