Intel Secure Building 525 Renovation
The contractor shall furnish all layout, survey, plant, labor, supervision, quality control, machines, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, and other incidental equipment or services necessary to perform the renovations of the Secure Intel Facility B525 at Goodfellow AFB, in accordance with the Statement of Work and Specifications. This acquisition is unrestricted, open to both large and small business concerns. The magnitude for this project is between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000. The NAICS associated with this requirement is 236220. The small business size standard is $36.5M. The anticipated performance period is 695 days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The estimated posting date to the FBO for the Request for Proposal (RFP) is on or about 19 May 17; the site visit will be on or about 07 Jun 17; and the proposal due date will be on or about 07 Jul 17. Exact dates will be included in the RFP when posted to FBO.
One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements.
AVAILABILITY OF DRAWINGS: The drawings for this project are categorized as "Controlled, Unclassified Attachments." To gain access and view project drawings, after release of the solicitation, vendors shall follow procedures outlined in the FBO.GOV Vendor Guide 1.7, dated 30 Aug 13.
NOTICE TO OFFEROR(S): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date for receipt of proposals. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
