FY14 UK Weapon Control Systems spares and Special Support Equipment
The contractor shall provide the UK Weapon Control systems Spares and Special Support Equipment spares Parts listed as deliverables for the Fire Control Systems (FCS), Auxiliary Systems (AS) including the Strategic Weapons System Maintenance Information Network (SWSMIN), Electronic Work Log (EWL) and associated Fire Control Support Equipment.
Negotiations will be conducted with General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems (GDAIS) Pittsfield, MA. GDAIS is the sole manufacturer of the United States and United Kingdom TRIDENT (II) D5 Strategic Weapon System and the only source with the in-depth knowledge, expertise, and in-place capability to perform the required effort.
