The project will provide a new vinyl coating system. The project may include, but is not limited to, providing a wind resistant, enclosed, climate controlled environment, disassembly and reassembly of existing/new replacement gate components, weld/crack repairs, surface preparation, and application of vinyl coating system as described in the accompanying Plans and Specifications.
