FY14 Duluth Area Office Roof Replacement
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Detroit District intends to solicit for Duluth Area Office Roof Replacement, locate in Duluth, Minnesota.
The work consists of replacing the top two (2) roofing layers on attached buildings (Duluth Area Office and Visitor Center); Install a 2nd roof drain and replace all damaged foam insulation; Painting of the cornice sheets metal and replace damaged cornice sheet metal necessary; Replace pigeon spikes and roof repair due to small fire damage.
This Project is being procured as a 100% Small Business Set-aside.
The Government intends to issue a Firm-Fixed Price Contract.
The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this requirement is 238160. The Small Business Size Standard for this requirement is $14.0 million in average annual receipts.
The tentative date for posting the solicitation: 15 December 2014.
The Solicitation package would include drawings/plans and specification will be available only electronically via FedBizOpps at www.fbo.gov via Solicitation.
