FY11 DFI Job Placement for Individuals with Visual Impairments
The Department of Human Services, (DHS) Division of Rehabilitation Services,(DRS) is solicitating proposals to spend federal funds from the Title XX Social Services Block Grant fund. DHS/DRS would like to issue a contract to a local non-for-profit provider to enhance the overall independence of individuals with visual impairments and assist them in finding gainful employment. These services are funded through the federal Social Services Block Grant. This RFP is not subject to the Illinois Procurement Code.
