FY 11 DFI Higher Education for Youth with Disabilities
The Department of Human Services(DHS), Division of Rehabilitation Services(DRS) is soliciting proposals to spend federal funds from the Title XX Social Services Block Grant fund. DHS/DRS would like to issue a contract to a local non-for-profit provider to assist high school youth with disabilities in preparing for, and enrolling in, a college or university. These services are funded through the federal Social Services Block Grant.
