FVF Propulsion System Replacement
The Department intends to enter into a negotiated agreement to provide professional design and engineering services to (1) prepare a Design Study Report, (2) develop and assemble plans, specifications and estimates (PS&E) for competitive bidding, and (3) provide design support during advertising and construction in accordance with the attached Statement of Services.
