FVAP Marketing and Communications Support
The Defense Human Resources Activity (DHRA) intends to award a contract for marketing and communications support services on behalf of the Federal Voting Assistance Program (FVAP). A detailed description of the requirement, CLINs, proposal submission instructions, and all provisions, clauses, and addenda that apply to this acquisition can be found in the attached solicitation. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circulars 2005-82 effective 07 May 2015 and DPN 20150420 effective 20 Apr 2015.
This requirement is being advertised as a total small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 541820 and the small business size standard is $15M. Contract award type will be a firm-fixed price, requirements-type contract.
Offerors shall submit their proposals in accordance with the submission instructions contained in the solicitation. Proposals received after the stated due date/time will not be considered by the Government. Offerors are responsible for downloading the solicitation, all of its supporting documents, and any applicable amendments posted on Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) at http://www.fbo.gov. Amendments may be posted to FedBizOpps up until the response due date/time. All requests for clarification must be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Offerors contained within the solicitation.
