SOURCES SOUGHT FOR FURNITURE BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT (BPA) FOR VARIOUS INSTALLATIONS FOR THE ARMY AND AIR NATIONAL GUARD IN THE STATE OF HAWAII.
PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT. THIS IS A POTENTIAL SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS ISSUED ONLY TO CONDUCT A MARKET RESEARCH STUDY FOR AN ANTICIPATED REQUIREMENT.
The information received will be used within the USPFO Kalaeloa HI, to facilitate the decision making process in determining the best method available for purchasing commercial office furniture mid-grade or higher, to include systems type furniture, which shall also include design services for space, delivery, installation, and follow-up for customer units in Hawaii. Information gained from this sources sought announcement will not be disclosed outside of the organization. This announcement is not a request for proposals, but a survey of the market for potential sources. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement or any follow-up information requests. This notice does not constitute a Request for Proposal and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose other than market research. Respondents will not be notified of the results of the evaluation. If a Request for Proposal is issued for this requirement it will not be issued under this number.
The proposed contract will be for one base year with 4 one-year renewable options, resulting in the contract performance period of maximum 5 years. The estimated contract minimum guarantee is $10,000.00 in the first year with an estimated maximum of $5,000,000 over the life of the contract. The anticipated orders are estimated to range from $10,000 to $1,500,000.
Interested sources are invited to respond to this sources sought announcement by providing the information requested in the attached Sources Sought Information form. Submission shall not exceed 20 pages to include the form. See Form for instructions.

Responses received after the deadline or without the required information shall not be reviewed.
