Qualified Producer List (QPL) 6645 applies to this procurement.
This is a Life Support as well as an Air Force Critical Safety Item (CSI) and Critical Application Item. Configuration Control, Export Control, and Shelf Life restrictions apply. Government First Article Testing (FAT), Textile Testing and Government Production Lot Testing (PLT) apply as well.

Delivery is 180 days for the First Article and Textile Sample, 90 days for Testing and Evaluation, 270 days for the Production Quantity/PLT, 60 days for the Lot Test and Evaluation, 15 days for the Unit Requested Delilvery resulting in a Total Delivery of 615 days.
