Furnish necessary labor, equipment, supervision, supplies, materials and transportation to remodel the front office in the BLM Elko District Office in accordance with the specifications, plans and all other provisions contained herein.
All materials and supplies for complete installation are to be furnished by the contractor and must be in compliance with the Buy American Act. The project is located at the BLM Elko District Office, Elko County, NV.

NAICS: 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, Size Standard: $33.5M, 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. Davis Bacon wage rates are applicable and are attached. In accordance with FAR 36.204 the Disclosure of the Magnitude of this construction project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00.
