FRESH FLUSHED DONORS (CADAVERS)
A notice of intent to sole source synopsis (special Notice) will be posted on FBO to notify the public of the Government's intent is to make a sole source award at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth (NMCP). This combined synopsis solicitation is for investigative and training supplies that the facility has deemed necessary per IBR-approved rotocol NMCP.2018.0093. The fresh flushed donors are necessay to complete the protocol.
