This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be used. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is 0010507554. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 05-30. This requirement is for the purchase of four (4) Nitrogen Gas/Air Generators. The associated North America Industry system (NAICS) Code is 333999. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract and the lowest price technically acceptable source selection process will be followed.
