ACCESS CONTROL SYSTEM MAINTENANCE

Synopsis:
The Fort Sill Mission and Installation Contracting Command is conducting market research for the following requirement: Maintenance Services for servers, workstations, printer, ID scanner, ID camera, approximately six (6) video cameras, approx 20 card readers, all network cabling, UPS, hardware infrastructure, directly providing services to the special facility in Burleson Hall, Rm 234 (and subsequent rooms within the facility) at Fort Sill, Oklahoma. Included is the annual software support for DNA and 3 years for Milestone software & cameras. Also included is 16 hours of training. This procurement relies on vendors having an agreement with Open Options as an authorized distributor.
The Period of Performance is: 1 Aug 2014 - 31 July 2015 (Base Year); 1 Aug 2015 - 31 July 2016 (Option Year One); 1 Aug 2016 - 31 July 2017 (Option Year Two); 1 Aug 2017 - 31 July 2018 (Option Year Three); 1 Aug 2017 - 31 July 2018 (Option Year Four).
The appropriate NAICS code is 561621 with a size standard of $19 million. Payment will be made using Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF).

All responses must include, at a minimum, the following information:

f. A statement of the offeror's capability to maintain the existing DNA software.
