THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONDUCTING MARKET RESEARCH
THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. The government is not obligated to, and will not, pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this synopsis.
The Fort Sill Mission and Installation Contracting Command is conducting market research for the following requirement: One (1) Right to Use License for Multi Source Correlation Tracker (MSCT) Software on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5 equipment and 24 x 7 phone and email technical support with a 24 hour response time of initial call or email requesting service. Contractors interested in providing these services should submit their capability to supply and support this product by providing the following minimum information:
a. Company name, address, telephone, point of contact with email address, and Federal Tax Identification number, Duns Number, Cage Code for proof of System for Award Management (SAM) Registration (www.sam.gov), and Website address
b. Company's capability statement addressing the particulars of requirement with appropriate supporting documentation.
c. A statement indicating the offeror's interest in submitting a proposal.
d. A statement indicating the offeror's ability to accept payment via Wide Area Work Flow.
e. Company size: small or large, HUBZone, 8(a), SDB, Woman-owned, Service disabled veteran-owned.
f. Please provide only the minimum information necessary to demonstrate capability at this time.
Detailed capabilities must be submitted to the email address provided below no later than 25 June 2014, 4:00 pm Central Time. Electronic responses are required.
