The USDA Forest Service, Apache-Sitgreaves National Forests, Springerville, Arizona, has a requirement for repair and or construction of Forest Roads composed of native or aggregate materials under Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) multiple award schedule (multiple year) contracts.

The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed-Price contracts under the Request For Proposals format using Best Value-Tradeoffs. Award of minimum of 2 contracts (up to maximum of 5) will be made under this solicitation using best value tradeoffs (price and technical). The location of the work will be on the Alpine & Clifton Ranger Districts.


The approximate performance period for the awarded contracts will be date of award through September 30 2022. All work under these contracts are subject to Davis-Bacon Wage Act.


This procurement is a total Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code 237310 applies to this procurement for which the Small Business size standard is $36.5 million.


In order to be eligible for award of a Federal contract, potential vendors need to already be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov and have a DUNS number.


The solicitation package and specifications will be available on this website on or before December 18, 2018.
