NASA/HQ has a requirement for (13) WiebeTech J-4 Write Block Fields Kits; (6) Tableau TD2 Forensic Duplicator Kit; (3) Tableau TD3 Forensic Imager Kit; (8) Tableau TDS2 SATA Storage Enclosures
NASA/HQ intends to purchase the items from Forensic Computers,Inc. as the only supplier of this requirement.
The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12 and the Simplified Acquisition Procedures set forth in FAR Part 13.
Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the identified point of contact no later than 4:30 p.m. local time on July 17, 2014. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determinatin by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open compettion basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discreation of the government.
