FOR THE PURCHASE & RESIDENTIAL REDEVELOPMENT OF CITY OWNED LANDS BOUNDED BY ALGONQUIN AVENUE TO FRONT STREET (FORMER CNR LANDS)
The City has declared the above noted lands as surplus with the intention to sell these lands which will result in a minimum of eighteen (18) condominium units being created. Proposals for either Block A, Block B or the purchase of both blocks of land will be considered, but the purchase of individual lots will not be considered.
