The work to be performed or executed under these specifications consists
of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as required by the contract
documents to construct the above stated project. It is the intent of this contract to have the
contractor perform the FOOTHILL BOULEVARD RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT FROM
TODD AVENUE TO ORANGE AVENUE IN THE CITY OF AZUSA, and other appurtenances
in accordance with CONTRACT No. LAES298 (Federal-funded Project # ESPL-5112(010). All
work is located in the City of Azusa.
