FOOD SERVICE - 4TH QTR SUBSISTENCE
The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, El Reno, Oklahoma, intends to issue solicitation RFQP05071400019, for the requirement of QUARTERLY - SUBSISTENCE. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-73. This solicitation is 100% small business set aside. The NAICS code for this requirement is 311999, which contains a size standard of number of employees not to exceed 500 employees. Offers will be FOB destination with delivery being July 7, 2014 through July 11, 2014. Deliveries will be made to Federal Correctional Institution, 4205 Highway 66 West, El Reno, OK 73036, in accordance with the delivery schedule contained in the solicitation. The contract type will be firm-fixed price. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. Payments will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or via Government Purchase Card for awards of $30,000.00 or less. The solicitation will be made available on or about May 23, 2014, and will be posted to the General Services Opportunities website www.fbo.gov.
