A mandatory prebid meeting followed a site visit will be conducted for firms interested in submitting
bids. The designated dates for the mandatory prebid meetings and site visits will be August 5, 2009 at
1:00 P.M. and August 6, 2009 at 1:00 P.M. Bidders MUST attend one of the prebid meetings and site
visits in order to be considered for award.
The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicit bids for furnishing all labor, equipment and materials
necessary to complete the installation of food service equipment and converting ranges from electric to
gas in the culinary classroom.
