FMSS CONSOLIDATED ARMED GUARD SERVICES
The Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Midstates Procurement Branch has a requirement for a contractor to provide all management, supervision, manpower, walk-time and guard mount (Washington, DC only) vehicle, equipment and supplies to perform armed security guard services at the IRS Campuses located in Austin, TX; Brookhaven, NY; Washington, DC; and New Carrollton, MD for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year; including holidays, in accordance with the Request For Proposal (RFP) and Performance Work Statement (PWS). The estimated period of performance for this requirement includes a base period and four (4) one year options, commencing November 01, 2017 (Or DOA) through March 31, 2018. Contractor(s) must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), prior to submitting a proposal. Contractors not registered in the CCR at the time proposals are received risk their proposals being rejected. To register for CCR, please visit the Systems for Award Management website at www.sam.gov. This requirement is set aside for SBA 8(a) contractors.
