MSC Norfolk has a requirement to award a firm-fixed price contract on a sole source basis to Fincantieri Marine Systems North America, Inc. (FMSNA), the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). FMSNA is the only authorized distributor to support the USNS MILLINOCKET 2019 ROH 12,000 Hour Maintenance / Service for the FMSNA IFV1312C2ME- HPCR Ship Service Diesel Generators (SSDG).
