FM and AM Radio Advertising to announce events for the US Military Academy Band.
This is s Sources Sought Notice. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals or quotes. The purpose of this Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of qualified vendors/sources to provide radio advertisements for the United States Military Academy Band events and concerts on the radio station's programming. Vendor must be capable of providing advertising on both an FM and AM station which would exceed an average audience of 325,000 in the Westchester, Orange, Rockland, Dutchess, Putnam and Ulster counties of NY. The vendor must have the signal strength and reach a target audience in the above listed counties. Also, the radio station(s) programming must meet a certain image and presentation which would be in keeping with the high moral character of the United States Army that would ensure that the US Military Band and the US Army are well represented to the surrounding community. The requirement would be for 12 weeks of radio advertisements on an FM station consisting of fourteen (14) 60 second commercials and radio advertisements on an AM station consisting of twenty (20) 60 second commercials each week. These services will be used to publicize the West Point major band concert events. Actual dates of service would be arranged with the West Point Band Publicity Section. All interested vendors must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. The NAICS Code applicable to this requirement is 515112. If your organization is capable and interested, please submit an e-mail referencing the solicitation number and stating the Name of your organization, business size indicating whether you are a Small or Large business for the purposes of the assigned NAICS Code. Also identify if your organization is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business; HUB Zone organization; 8(a) organization; Woman Owned organization or Economically Disadvantaged Woman Owned Small Business.
